Cold elbows complain first.
Heavy pressing asks a lot of the elbow. Sleeves keep the joint warm and compressed, so the first heavy set doesn't feel like the first rep of the day.
- 01Heavy benchEvery rep finishes at the elbow, and cold joints feel it first.
- 02Overhead pressA long pressing stroke with the elbows working all the way up.
- 03Long sessionsBuilt to stay on through a long session without losing its place.
- 04Sleeves that rollThin sleeves bunch and roll mid-set. These are cut to stay put.
7mm. Not 3. Not 5.
The Elite Series sleeve is 7mm neoprene, anatomically contoured with a reinforced inner cuff and reinforced stitching, so it grips your arm and moves with it without bunching at the crease.

Measure
Around the centre of the elbow, arm slightly bent. Pick your size from the chart.
- 02
Slide on
Slide the sleeve up the forearm. Turning it halfway inside out first makes this easier.
- 03
Centre it
Roll it up over the joint so the elbow sits in the middle of the sleeve.
- 04
Press
Leave them on from warm-ups to your last set.
Care: wash inside out in cold water and air dry. Don't machine dry: heat degrades neoprene compression.

Elbows + wrists. Press day, sorted.
Sleeves keep the elbow warm. A full metre of wrist wrap keeps the wrist stacked over the bar. Together they cover both joints that finish every press.

Measure once. Fit right.
Measure around the centre of the elbow joint with the arm slightly bent. Between sizes, size down for powerlifting-grade compression or up for a looser training fit. 1 pair = 2 sleeves.
Straight answers.
Elbow sleeves or elbow wraps?
Sleeves slide on and give steady compression and warmth for the whole session. Wraps are wound on with adjustable tension for heavy sets and come off between sets.
Which size should I order?
Measure around the centre of your elbow with the arm slightly bent: S 10–12 in, M 12–14 in, L 14–16 in, XL 16–18 in. Between sizes, size down for firmer compression.
Is it a pair?
Yes: 1 pair = 2 sleeves, one for each arm.
Will they roll down mid-set?
They're anatomically contoured with a reinforced inner cuff, built to grip the arm and stay in place through a session.
Can I wear elbow sleeves in a powerlifting meet?
Treat them as training gear. Elbow sleeves aren't on the IPF's permitted personal-equipment list, and other federations set their own rules, so check yours before a meet.
How do I wash them?
Inside out in cold water, then air dry. Don't machine dry: heat degrades neoprene compression.
