Bent wrists leak force.
When the wrist folds back under a heavy bar, the load sits behind your forearm instead of over it, and the press gets harder than it should be.
- 01Heavy benchThe bar drifts back in the hand and the wrist bends with it.
- 02Overhead pressA long press with the bar balanced over a bent wrist.
- 03Dips & push pressBodyweight and more, straight through the wrist.
- 04Heavy holdsLong sets where the wrist starts to give before you do.
Loop. Wrap. Lock.
Every Black Series wrap has a thumb loop to start the wrap in the right place, an elastic body you pull tight on every turn, and a wide velcro closure to lock the last turn down.

Pick your length.
18 in and 24 in suit most gym training. The 1 m wrap gives the most turns for powerlifting-style heavy pressing.
Straight answers.
Which length should I buy?
18 in for everyday training, 24 in for heavier pressing with a few more turns, and the full 1 m for maximum stability on your heaviest sets.
Is the 1 m wrap competition length?
1 m is the maximum wrist-wrap length the IPF allows, and the 1 m wrap is built to that length. NBD wraps are not on any federation's approved-equipment list, so check your own federation's rules before a meet.
What's the thumb loop for?
It starts the wrap in the same place every time. Take your thumb out of the loop before you lift; federations don't allow the loop over the thumb during an attempt.
Is it a pair?
Yes: one wrap for each wrist, left and right.
How tight should they be?
As tight as feels supportive for the lift, never so tight that your hand tingles or changes colour. Loosen them between sets.
